Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our developer productivity platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
The Service provides analytics, monitoring, and insights for software development teams, including:
- Workflow run tracking and analysis
- Performance metrics and trends
- Cost optimization insights
- Pull request review and code review tooling
- Linked ticket context from connected issue trackers (JIRA, GitHub Issues)
- Real-time notifications and alerts
- Data export and integrations
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
Creating an Account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must protect your password and API credentials
- You may not share your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Types
- Personal Accounts: For individual use
- Organization Accounts: For teams and companies
- Account owners are responsible for all activity under their account
Acceptable Use
You May
- Use the Service for legitimate business purposes
- Connect your GitHub repositories
- Connect your Atlassian/JIRA workspace
- Monitor and analyze your workflow and pull request data
- Export your data (where plan permits)
- Integrate with other tools via our API (where plan permits)
You May Not
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Create accounts through automated means
- Share your account with others
- Resell or redistribute the Service
Subscription Plans and Billing
Plans
We offer two subscription tiers:
- Free: All features included, scoped to your personal activity, 90-day data retention
- Team: $12/seat/month, org-wide visibility into all activity across your team, unlimited data retention

Billing Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
- Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year
- Prices are in US Dollars (USD)
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You are responsible for all taxes
Payment
- Payment processed through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- You must provide valid payment information
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Seats and Usage
- Team plan billing is based on the number of active seats (users who access the Service)
- Seats are automatically tracked when users log in
- Inactive seats (no login for 30 days) are automatically deactivated and removed from billing
- You can manually remove seats from the billing management page
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused time
- You can continue using the Service until the period ends
- After cancellation, you revert to the Free plan
Plan Changes
- You can upgrade or downgrade at any time
- Changes take effect immediately
- Upgrades are prorated for the current billing period
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
Data and Privacy
Your Data
- You retain ownership of your data
- We do not claim ownership of your GitHub or JIRA data
- You grant us license to process your data to provide the Service

GitHub Integration
- You authorize us to access your GitHub data via OAuth
- We collect workflow runs, job data, pull request data, and repository metadata
- We do not access your source code contents
- You can revoke access at any time via GitHub settings or Settings → Integrations
JIRA Integration
- You authorize us to access your JIRA workspace data via Atlassian OAuth on your behalf
- We collect issue keys, summaries, statuses, and assignees to display linked ticket context alongside your pull requests
- You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to connect your organization's JIRA workspace
- We do not access JIRA data beyond what is necessary to display linked issue context within the Service
- You can revoke access at any time via Settings → Integrations
- Upon disconnecting, your OAuth tokens are deleted immediately
Data Retention
- Data is retained according to your subscription tier
- Free: 90 days | Team: Unlimited
- After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days
- We may retain some data for legal compliance
Security
- We implement reasonable security measures
- We use encryption for data in transit and at rest
- However, no method of transmission is 100% secure
- You are responsible for your account security
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding are our property
- You may not use our intellectual property without permission
Your Rights
- You retain all rights to your data
- You grant us a license to use your data to provide the Service
- This license ends when you delete your data or close your account
Feedback
- If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you
- You grant us unlimited rights to any feedback provided
Service Level and Support
Availability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Planned maintenance will be announced when possible
Support
- Free: Community support via email
- Team: Priority support via email
Service Changes
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
- We will provide reasonable notice of material changes
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
Warranties and Disclaimers
AS-IS Service
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY
Your Use
- You use the Service at your own risk
- We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements
- We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We are not responsible for data loss
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We Are Not Liable For
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption
- Cost of substitute services
Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- Amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or
- $100 USD
Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your data or content
- Your unauthorized connection of a JIRA workspace or other third-party integration
Termination
By You
- You may terminate your account at any time
- Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account is inactive for extended periods
- Required by law
- You fail to pay fees
- You engage in fraudulent activity
Effect of Termination
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately
- We may delete your data after 30 days
- Connected third-party integration tokens (GitHub, JIRA) are deleted
- Provisions that should survive termination will survive
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration (US Users)
For US users, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except:
- Small claims court disputes
- Intellectual property disputes
- Disputes we bring in small claims court
Class Action Waiver
You agree to bring disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
Jurisdiction (Non-US Users)
For non-US users, disputes shall be resolved in courts of the State of Maine, United States.
General Terms
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, internet outages, etc.).
Notices
We may provide notices via:
- Email to your account email
- Posting on the Service
- In-app notifications
Language
These Terms are in English. Any translations are for convenience only.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via:
- Email notification
- In-app notice
- 30 days advance notice (where possible)
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Third-Party Services
GitHub
Use of GitHub integration is subject to GitHub's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for GitHub's services or policies.
Atlassian / JIRA
Use of the JIRA integration is subject to Atlassian's Terms of Service and Atlassian's Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Atlassian's services or policies. By connecting your JIRA workspace you confirm you have the authority to grant Bondsmith access to that workspace.
Stripe
Payment processing is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Other Integrations
Third-party integrations are subject to their respective terms.
Export Controls
You may not use or export the Service in violation of US export laws and regulations.
